Terms and Conditions

By booking our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Reservation
All reservations are subject to availability. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm any booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the date of travel.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the start date: Deposit forfeited.
- Cancellation 60 – 30 days before the start date: 50% of total cost.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before the start date: 100 % of total cost.
- No-show 100 % of total cost.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or unused services.

Passports and Visas
The onus is upon the clients to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited. We cannot be held liable for any visas, etc, not held by our clients.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Medical Insurance
Medical travel insurance is required before your arrival in Zambia. We highly recommend choosing a comprehensive plan that includes emergency evacuation and private hospitalization coverage.

Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for their health and safety during the tour. It is mandatory to follow safety guidelines and instructions
provided by our guides and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk to themselves or
others.

Health Recommendations
We strongly advise consulting a healthcare professional or travel medicine specialist for any recommended vaccinations or health precautions prior to your trip. Staying informed about travel health guidelines is crucial for your well-being.

Illness and disabilities
We welcome clients with illnesses or disabilities and strive to provide an inclusive experience. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any specific requirements or considerations related to health or mobility at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate their needs, considering the unique challenges of tour settings. While we aim to accommodate all clients, safety and practicality in remote settings may limit certain accommodations. We reserve the right to decline a booking if, after assessment, the company cannot reasonably accommodate specific requirements without compromising safety or the tour experience.

Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences at the time of booking or as soon as they arise during your safari. While we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability, please be aware that in remote bush locations, access to specialized dietary items may be limited. Prompt notification ensures the best possible arrangements for your dietary preferences.

Liability
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings or health during the tour. Clients participate at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver before the tour.

Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided whenever possible. In order to fulfil its obligations, we are entitled to subcontract.

Environmental Responsibility
Clients are expected to adhere to eco-friendly practices, which include responsible waste disposal and the respectful treatment of wildlife and the environment. Violation of these principles may result in expulsion from the tour.

Payments
Payments can be made through the methods specified in the invoice. Any additional expenses incurred during the tour must be settled before departure.

Booking Responsibilities
The person making the booking ('Lead Booker') affirms that they have the legal authority to make reservations for all individuals included in the booking and to accept these terms and conditions on their behalf. We are not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from the Lead Booker's representation.

Claims and Complaints
Any claims or complaints during the tour must be promptly reported to our staff. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve issues to the satisfaction of our clients.

Privacy and Data Handling
We collect and store client information solely for the purpose of conducting the tour and may share this information with third parties involved in providing the services. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes other than the provision of our services, unless required by law.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia.
